Join the Rev. Michael Battle, Ph.D. and his Peace Battle Institute for the Tutu Travel Seminar in South Africa to spread the good news about a Spirituality of Restorative Justice. The Seminar focuses upon Desmond Tutu’s witness of contemplative prayer, restorative justice and African concept of Ubuntu.

$500 Initial deposit due - February 1, 2025
40% due - April 1, 2025

POLICY
1. 10% of the tour price at booking (non-refundable)
2. 40% of the tour price 3 months prior to the start of the tour
(unless the tour is in Dec and Jan, then we will need the 40% about 4 months before the
tour starts)
3. 30% of the tour price 2 months prior to the start of the tour
4. 20% of the tour price 1 month prior to the start of the tour
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Any cancellation of a confirmed booking must be received in writing.
In the event of cancellation, charges will be determined at the time of cancellation.
The charge will be determined by the date on which the cancellation is received and
subject to third party supplier cancellation terms. Embrace South Africa Tours reserves the right to recover any costs incurred or charges received from suppliers up to the date of cancellation.
REFUND POLICY FOR EMBRACE SOUTH AFRICA
TOURS PAYMENTS
Embrace South Africa Tours charges the following fees for cancellation of a tour.
3 (three) months or more prior to tour date: 25% (twenty five percent) of total price
2 (two) months prior to tour date: 50% (fifty percent) of total price
1 (one) month prior to tour date: 75% (seventy five percent) of total price
7 (seven) days prior to tour date: 100% (one hundred percent) of total price
Should you fail to take up your booking or tour, join it after departure or leave
prior to its completion, no refund will be made, and no credit will be granted.
