POLICY

1. 10% of the Travel Seminar price at booking (non-refundable)

2. 40% of the Travel Seminar price 3 months prior to the Seminar

3. Final 50% of the Travel Seminar price 2 months prior to the Seminar

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Any cancellation of a confirmed booking must be received in writing.

In the event of cancellation, charges will be determined at the time of cancellation.

The charge will be determined by the date on which the cancellation is received and subject to third party supplier cancellation terms. The tour reserves the right to recover any costs incurred or charges received from suppliers up to the date of cancellation.

REFUND POLICY FOR TUTU TRAVEL SEMINAR

Tutu Travel Seminar charges the following fees for cancellation of a Seminar.

3 months or more prior to tour date: 25% (twenty five percent) of total price

2 months prior to tour date: 50% (fifty percent) of total price

1 month prior to tour date: 75% (seventy five percent) of total price

7 days prior to tour date: 100% (one hundred percent) of total price

Should you fail to take up your booking or tour, join it after departure or leave

prior to its completion, no refund will be made, and no credit will be granted.
